In 2019, we noticed something. Adults in their 40s and 50s were being left out of functional fitness communities. They'd get injured following standard CrossFit programming, or they'd feel lost among 25-year-olds chasing max lifts. That gap bothered us.
So we didn't build a watered-down version of fitness. We built something different. We scaled movement patterns to protect joints. We added mobility work most programs skip. We adjusted intensity so you're working hard without wrecking yourself. And we focused on movements that actually improve daily life—picking up grandkids, carrying groceries, moving pain-free.
That's what belverbury.info LLC became. We're not trying to turn you into a competitive athlete (unless you want that). We're focused on building strength that serves you for decades.
